How do you get promoted?

Promotions are only given to people who have stood out to command staff and their supervisors. Supervisors and Command Staff look for 4 key things during promotions:

Activity

Knowledge

Professionalism

Interaction with the community

Is there a weekly hour requirement?

Yes, we require you to put in at least 15 hours minimum. Unless you are reserve.

Can I be a reserve?

You can be a reserve in MCSO up to the rank of Sergeant.
Becoming a supervisor

Do not ask to be a supervisor once we are recruiting for a supervisor position.

 MCSO will open up interviews to be done which will be announced in MCSO discord.

How Many Departments can i join?
Primary Departments MSP DPD LPD MCSO
Secondary Departments DFD Dispatch MDOT MDOJ
You can be in one primary dept and unlimited secondary dept's.
